#45: S05E12 Double Take

We get our monster mash on, delighting in this episode’s references to sci-fi classics Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Star Wars, Blade Runner, Battlestar Galactica, the proverbial zombie apocalypse, and more. We talk about series endings, evaluate a few wrap-ups that we think did justice to our favorite shows (and some that left us hanging), and speculate on a few possible reveals in the season finale. And we marvel at the precision and mechanization of the NPCs’ mannerisms, gait, and speech, appreciate Carter’s dedication to kicking his own ass, and adore Joe Morton’s gleefully wicked Replicant.
