We enjoy this weeks’ BSG re-watch episode Hero, plus deviate as usual. Highlights: we suggest that maybe having a nightmare about asking others to shoot you (after a night of threesome) might indicate regret, compare Baltar and Benjamin Franklin (in the way they both try to imitate Jesus and Socrates), love Tigh’s efficient and effective method of dealing with Bulldog, take another great call from Emily (from Ohio), bitch about the limited ‘Carpet Ride in Trek’s first contact (and the Phoenix’s lack of bass), recommend seeing Wil Wheaton in Phoenix later this month, reminisce about The Abyss (and other older sci-fi recommendations), and cover more Mass Effect (as we continue playing obscessively).
Still not seeing it on iTunes. Oh well, hopefully it’ll be up in time for work tomorrow.
I’m digging about because I don’t remember The Crystal Method covering Magic Carpet Ride.
I know that Fatboy Slim did and it looks like TCM remixed the remix.
Small side note … a number of years back I saw, Low Fidelity Allstars, The Crystal Method, and Orbital at the Tabernacle here in Atlanta.
You want to talk about a SHOW.
Unreal.
Fat Cylon(z) ….
Chuck, I see your point that the Cylon(z) could abuse their bodies then at the point of “no return” just bang-splat download new body.
Unfortunate problem with your theory … D’ana was killing herself to attempt to see the final five … now from indications from Six, her “suicides” were considered a sin.
Not the best course of action for the supposed righteous.
