GWC Podcast #66

In this week’s ‘cast we check out the first new BSG since springtime, plus we lament the result of this week’s rewatch episode, Sacrifice. Highlights: We dish on young Husker and his blonde friend, comment on Sci-Fi’s (new and unusual) definition of the word “immediate,” wonder where the mini-sodes will take us (besides “Husker Shaves,” or “Husker tries on a sweater), remind everyone why playing boardgames with Chuck or Sean is fun — though playing with both isn’t — play the seven degrees of sci-fi Shakespeare, talk Tron (letting everyone in on some GWC trivia), miss Billy in a big way, wonder if he really did save Dee, and listen to an on-site report from GWC correspondant Alpaca Herder at the site of our future national GWC meetup.

Interesting article and definitely spoilerific (which is better than craaaaptastic). I like that it actually explains what we’re going to see – those previews on youtube made no sense… until now.

Yeah, I hadn’t realized that Lee’s command would be an important factor until I read the EW article. I know it’s been said, but once again: Good job with the marketing SciFi Network. : /
