Hmm… this episode isn’t really doing it for me so far. It seems like one of those “throw away” episodes.
The lawyer helps take the “sting” out of losing Starbuck. He is a very interesting character and the actor is doing a great job.

I thought Lee got all his betraying Pop stuff out back in season 2 when he teamed up with Roslin and Zarek after Tigh declared martial law.
I was kind of hoping for a funeral or something. This one was kinda deep. I must reflect.
I hope they come up with a story for Anders, he’s a good character, if they use him.
oh man, lawyer boy knows his stuff. He’s a total puppet master.
As setup episodes go – I think we may look back and think higher of this one. If the laywyer lives he is going to be very interesting. I do agree on the slowness, but I think there is some depth yet to be delved into.
Oh Six is screwed! Nobody pisses off Tigh and gets away with it.

Imagine a lawyer who is slighty shady…Cool episode. I kinda liked the cut scene-I wished it had been in.

The Lawyers parent were killed for the money in their pockets…Holy crap! He’s Batman.
Ha ha! For some reason I’m watching the re-run and Cally just said the bit about “because it’s justice”. Hmm… I thought Cally took justice into her own hands a while back with Sharon. And she still doesn’t like that model too much.
That says a lot about Cally and is the main theme of the show. Cylons are machines and don’t get trials and justice for them is to dismantle the machine if it malfunctions.
Racetrack can’t die yet. She must fulfil her destiny of finding earth, dieing and finding out she’s really a cylon.
Racetrack is the new Starbuck.
That was a really painful slip, wasn’t it? That even caught me up short…

Sounds like our GWC theories are starting to come true, we are in for a very long wait until next season. We are all going to be hanging on this edge for a while wondering about Starbuck, the trial, and all of the subplots.
This new lawyer is an interesting fellow…
John I was wondering what Anders was doing there myself, though I can come up withรย a few reasons…
1. He’s there to collect her stuff b/c he is still technically her Husband and next of kin.
2. He might have a civie gig that brings him to the bucket now and then and he just got a bit trashed at the bar and decided to cruise the hanger deck.
Either way I think it was kewl he’s still around. Great character!

Sean, John, good catch. I found it odd that the Chief would freak out about a cat on his deck, but doesn’t think twice about a drunk and grieving pyramid player traipsing all over a viper…
That being said, I like how Anders is so obviously hurting. I hope that wasn’t the last well see of him.
