Here’s hoping for a Baltar-heavy episode. I want to see his trial getting full attention, and maybe some Caprica Six interaction with Baltar – if the one now on board Galactica is indeed the same one that was Baltar’s lover.

Will he try to sell her out to save his own skin?

    a.) Yes, shamelessly

b.) He’ll admit the truth about him and Caprica Six and what happened in order to do the right thing before he is executed.

c.) No. He’ll try to weasel them both out of it.

    d.) other

  2. BoxytheBoxed says:

im gonna wake up at 5 to watch it before school woohoo

  3. Arktis says:

    RDM’s commentary is already out…

  4. WarriorToaster says:

I was looking for this last week! ^_^
I just saw a comercial during dresden, man this looks like a killer ep, can’t wait!

  5. Pike says:

Craaaaaap. I’ve got to get it off iTunes now. Hopefully it’ll be up more promptly than last time, otherwise I’ll see y’all Tuesdayish…

  6. WarriorToaster says:

Man I knew they were going to pull a bait and switch! Bastards…*is the commercial done yet?*

  7. WarriorToaster says:

    Looks like my kinda bar!

  8. Carol says:

Whoa, creepy lullabye. Sounds like Chief and Callie singing. Baltar opening
his eyes with the goo on them made me cringe, I couldn’t do that.

  9. WarriorToaster says:

Screw Hillary, I want Roslin on ’08! LOL! An airlock in every home!

  10. Carol says:

    The Lady is Pissed

  11. WarriorToaster says:

Is it me or is this love quadrangle sub story really slowing down the baltar story?

  12. WarriorToaster says:

Ok who votes for throwing Gaeta out the airlock? Hands, anyone? Frakking idiot!

  13. Carol says:

Oh, just break out the can of cheese balls, Apollo, ya weenie.

  14. Joe says:

DAMN! What a killer episode! Dare I say as good as “33”?
But what’s with the bad campy music for commercial breaks?

  15. The 13th Cylon says:

That was intense stuff! I was worried it was going to be lame “shipper” garbage that keeps the story in park, but it was great stuff. Adama was layin’ the smackdown, Roslin scared the crap out of me when she was on her screaming tirade, and Tigh and the good Doc were full of their typical great one liners. That episode was a perfect 10!

And glad to get confirmation for all the non-believers that Gaius isn’t a Cylon. It would make no sense for him to be necessary for the Cylons in the miniseries and so on if he was a Cylon to begin with.

  16. Carol says:

Dee was good. I’m liking her more and more, lately.

Chief and Callie fighting? I’m probably in the minority here, but
while the luminous Callie was always clearly smitten with Chief, I
never really saw more than a protective, comradely feeling from
Chief to Callie. Nothing like the passion he had with Boomer. I
sense a Chief-centric episode in our future (hoo-yah). I think the
getting married, having a baby thing was Chief feeling guilty about
beating her up and trying to make it up to her. He seems more
like an older brother to her, to me.

I loved the bit at the end with Adama and Laura. The intimacy of
the setting, the touch of the hand. I love what Laura said about
Baltar, him being one of ‘us’, even with all his flaws. Way to
go, babe. None of you are pristine saints and it’s good to recognize that.

Anders was almost too good to be true.

And Lee? Dork-boy? Just a clue. After professing your ‘love’ to
current wifey-poo and groveling to get her back, quite throwing
puppy-dog looks over at Starbuck. Jus’ sayin’.

Oh, and one of the flash-backs that Baltar had of the Opera House clearly
showed eight panels, so I officially no longer care about panel count, it’s
    clearly irrelevant.

Gaeta (sp?) just went up on my list of cylon possibles, though, it may be
too obvious that they want us to think that.

  17. Tanu says:

did you guys watch the bonus scene on scifi.com? the site is taking a little while to load but its worth it.

  18. Ressa says:

Grrr. I wish they would quit beating around the bush with the quadrangle relationship stuff.

This was one of the…. freakiest episodes we’ve had in a while. How crazy was that drug interrogation sequence!! I think the best method of accomplishing a solid heart-to-heart with Baltar is getting the poor guy a psychiatrist…

  19. WarriorToaster says:

This episode was better than last weeks…Last week was ok but it was missing something. This one got back to some real intense drama which I missed. I’m a but upset that this quadrangle is not fully resolved. I think you guys might be right, someone or at least 2 people are going to have to die in this thing. I’m worried it might be someone that I don’t want to see go (right now I’m not talking about Lee^_^)

The whole subplot with Baltar was facinating…It’s amazing that with all that he’s done and all he’s been a part of he still thinks of himself as the victim. He is simply astounding.

  20. ShinyFab says:

OOOOO! The Beginning. Head Six Swedish Spa: complete with goo facial, sharp as hell sea sponges, and crappy service.

  21. ShinyFab says:

    Commercials:
    HD tv, again
Chase – cause credit cards are good
Lectric Shave – Baltar can use some
    Gold Bond
    Scifi and Enterprise
The Hollow – Where’s Johnny Depp
    OOO! Bonus scene!

  22. ShinyFab says:

Oh Frak! Baltar is Fraked!!! And he still doesn’t think he’s responsible. Talk about suspension of disbelief.

  23. jpv206 says:

Yikes, folks. Abu Ghraib in Space.

(The episode isn’t over on the West Coast yet. I just watched Cottle put his foot down. Thank God.)

  24. ShinyFab says:

Dee is so going to die. I feel kind of bad for her actually. It was weird how Lee seemed to freak out when Dee is leaving him, but still kind of want Kara? It sounds like they’ve wrapped it up as much as they want to for now. I don’t think its over but they want us to think it is. They’re staying with the respective others for good now. Right? Right? um.
This was a good one. I was very intrigued by the whole Gaeta’s got a secret thing. What did Baltar whisper in his ear? It certainly jumps Gaeta way up in the Cylon line. But. Then again. It may just be a play. Ugh. Well, work in the morning because its frakkin sunday. Off to bed.

  25. Lt. Slingshot says:

    Yea! Shiny did the commercials!

  26. Jaz says:

Argh…it’s not up on iTunes yet!!!! And it’s not up on scifi.com yet!!!! (Imagine me gasping for air dramatically.) 🙂

  27. Pike says:

Nice, Shiny. Almost makes me wish there were commercials on the iTunes version.

  28. Maddie Centurian says:

About to listen to the podcast; haven’t watched the episode yet…
    *trumpet fanfare*

  29. Maddie Centurian says:

And seeing as I haven’t watched in yet…

In response to Arktis’ post, c.
