Upcoming Movies and TV!
You know it’s gonna be a good day when you find out the truly awesome Michael Hogan is joining Dollhouse along with Jamie Bamber and Tahmoh Penikett. (Now, if they can just get Tory and Sharon… my diabolical plan will be complete… Mwah-hahahahah).
But on to that which is the trailerness…
First up is a sweet-looking Peter Jackson movie (No not THAT sweet Peter Jackson movie). Giving a supernatural vibe I haven’t felt since “What Dreams May Come,” here is a preview of The Lovely Bones – based on the best-selling novel by Alice Sebold.

Another flick to keep and eye out for is the upcoming Sherlock Holmes, starring Robert Downey, Jr. and Jude Law:
A new TV show I have been hearing rumblings about has come with some clips that really caught my eye. What would you do if you knew what going to happen to you in the next six months? This new series will attempt to answer that question. Peep out these clips from Flash Forward…
(PS—yes that IS Seth MacFarlane doing a cameo in the boardroom scene)
And finally, just the latest on Peter Jackson’s District 9 — I haven’t been looking forward to a movie this much since Trek. Just sayin’.

Stay Frosty…

GWC is a community of friendly people who enjoy and participate in geekdom as a whole. We are young and old, female and male, writers and readers, teachers and students, philosophers and skeptics, Browncoats and Trekkies, outside continents and beyond countries -- and we have one thing in common: passionate, shameless enthusiasm.
We’re interested in TV shows, movies, comics, novels, gaming, science, and music. We’re interested in each other. We like to chat about just about any topic. We’ll listen and give informed feedback, and at the end of the day we think of GWC as a clubhouse for a (very large) group of friends.

Perhaps the wonderful Mr Whedon will use the show’s premise to download the cast with their old BSG characters for a redo of the BSG finale?
