GWC is a community of friendly people who enjoy and participate in geekdom as a whole. We are young and old, female and male, writers and readers, teachers and students, philosophers and skeptics, Browncoats and Trekkies, outside continents and beyond countries -- and we have one thing in common: passionate, shameless enthusiasm.
We’re interested in TV shows, movies, comics, novels, gaming, science, and music. We’re interested in each other. We like to chat about just about any topic. We’ll listen and give informed feedback, and at the end of the day we think of GWC as a clubhouse for a (very large) group of friends.

I’m really hoping that they show us the Final Fifth cylon tonight….but I have this nagging feeling that they will tease us right to the end of the episode and have that be the mid-season cliffhanger.
A thought just occurred to me:
Has the fleet been time-traveling? It is quite possible that the fleet could have been traveling not only to different points in space but also to different points in time. Maybe you need to know a bit about wormhole theory to know what I’m talking about here…
Perhaps, just perhaps… they’ve been going backwards to start the beginning of the “Cycle of Time” again.
Sorry if this has already been talked about. Is this cool or what? Please discuss this on the podcast. Yeah I am kindof off topic or out of place with this or something but I didn’t know where else to put it.
*shrugs*
My theory was some kind of reincarnation type loop with the old show, the characters are in different roles like Richard Hatch who is now in a different role. People in the old cycle have to generate the next cycle.
I didn’t even think about that since time travel never was talked of as a possibility is BSG. But this teory rocks, and it would make up for an interesting ending as well as giving the show an easy way to explain the history of everything. It would be like present humans and cylons are students of history as they reveal the “downfall” of cylons and humans. Maybe this time they will be given the special knowledge not to repeat history.
Oh, I get it… Kara Thrace is the harbinger of the apocalypse…. she brought them … a ha.
Besides the obvious questions about Kara’s death and resurrection, the final five, and who the fifth one is (it’s me), and what happened to Earth, I still wonder about Kara’s missing ovary and the disease beacon from a while ago.
Also, are the cylons still at war with each other? Sure, they killed a bunch at the hub, but there were supposed to be millions of copies; some of them might still be mad at the humans and the rebels.
The whole radioactivity issue can easily be explained away by showing that the Colonials landed in New Jersey and not Brooklyn like we were lead to believe.
